Reader Toolbar

The toolbar runs across the top of the PDF reader.

Navigation

• Sidebar toggle - show or hide the left sidebar (thumbnails, outline, annotations).
• Previous and Next page, plus a page number box to jump to any page (the total is shown beside it).

Zoom

• Zoom out and Zoom in, and a zoom menu with presets such as Fit Page and Fit Width, or a percentage.

Annotation tools

• Highlight - highlight selected text.
• Draw - freehand pen / ink annotations.
• Text - add a text box on the page.

When you pick a tool, a second row appears with a color palette (red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, pink, purple, gray) and, for Draw and Text, a thickness or size control.

Find and more

• Find - search for text within the document.
• More (the three-dots menu) - presentation mode, first / last page, rotate, the text-selection and hand (pan) tools, and document properties.

The toolbar also has buttons to open the AI sidebar and to export.
